| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨结核性胸膜炎合并肺结核病的临床及其防治方法。方法 对194例结核性胸膜炎合并肺结核病进行回顾分析。结果 结核性胸膜炎患中合并肺结核病的发生率为23．2％(45／195);肺内病灶和胸膜炎在同一侧的占53．3％。结论 结核性胸膜炎与肺结核病关系密切,加强初感染结核病早期诊断和治疗,可减少结核性胸膜炎的发病率。

Clinical Analysis of 194 cases of Tuberculous Pleurisy Complicated with Pulmonary Tuberculosis |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of tuberculous pleurisy(TP) complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis(TB).Methods Retrospective analysis of 194 cases of TP with TB diagnosed and treated in our hospital during the period from January 1990 to December 1999.Results 45 of 194 TP patients had TB(23.2%). 53.3% had TB lesion on the same side of lung.Conclusion The tuberculous pleurisy is closely associated pulmonary tuberculosis. The incidence rate of TP could be reduced of we can emphasize the early diagnosis and treatment. |
