普萘洛尔治疗婴幼儿血管瘤53例近期疗效分析

目的：评价普萘洛尔治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的临床疗效。方法：2010年3月-2012年9月，采用口服普萘洛尔治疗53例血管瘤患儿，从0．5mg／（kg．d）开始，逐渐加大剂量至2mg／（kg．d），连续服用，总疗程为2．75～5．75个月。随访7个月．观察并记录血管瘤的颜色、大小，息儿的不良反应，有无反弹。采用SPSS17．0软件包对数据进行统计学分析。结果：治疗2d后，100％的血管瘤颜色变淡；治疗2周后，25．9％的血管瘤直径缩小75％。疗效评价I级（差）3例，Ⅱ级（中）18例，Ⅲ级（好）19例，Ⅳ级（优）13例。不同年龄、部位、类型的血管瘤疗效相比无显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论：口服普萘洛尔治疗婴幼儿血管瘤安全有效。

Clinical evaluation of propranolol treatment for 53 infantile hemangiomas

PURPOSE： To evaluate the therapeutic effect of oral propranolol on infantile hemangiomas. METHODS： From March 2010 to September 2012, oral propranolol was given to 53 infants with hemangiomas,from 0.5 mg/（kg.d） to 2 mg/（kg＇d）, for a total treatment period of 2.75-5.75 months. All patients were followed-up 7 months, the color and size of the tumor, adverse reactions, and rebound growth were recorded and analyzed. SPSS17.0 software package was used for statistical analysis. RESULTS： Change in color was seen in 100% of patients 2 days later, and a greater than 75% reduction in diameter of the original lesion 2 weeks later was found in 25.9% of patients. The overall response was scale I （poor） in 3 patients, scale II （moderate）in 18 patients, scale Ⅲ（good） in 19 patients, and scale 1V （excellent） in 13 patients. Different ages, locations, types of hemangiomas had no significant difference in therapeutic efficacy （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION： Treating infantile hemangiomas with the use of oral propranolol is safe and effective.
