牛膝摘芽试验根形态变化的观察与比较

目的探索提高牛膝商品产量的种植管理新方法。方法摘芽后定期进行随机取样,并与对照组进行观察测量比较,追踪牛膝根外部形态的变化。结果摘芽后根的增长速度明显快于不摘芽组,摘芽组根比不摘芽组根长而粗大。结论牛膝种植过程中,采取摘芽措施可提高产品产量。
