| 摘 要： | 急性肾损伤是指发生急性肾功能异常，它概括了从肾功能微小改变到最终肾衰竭整个过程。对急性肾衰竭早期诊断和治疗具有更积极的意义。寻找能早期诊断和预测AKI的生物标志物是目前的关键。本文就近年来所研究的几种标志物作一综述。 |
