摘    要:
急性肾损伤是指发生急性肾功能异常,它概括了从肾功能微小改变到最终肾衰竭整个过程。对急性肾衰竭早期诊断和治疗具有更积极的意义。寻找能早期诊断和预测AKI的生物标志物是目前的关键。本文就近年来所研究的几种标志物作一综述。

Abstract:
Acute kidney injury(AKI)has recently become the preferred term to describe the syndrome of acute renal failure(ARF)with 'failure'or 'ARF'.This change will facilitate an expansion of the underlying pathophysiology and also facilitate definitions of AKI,which allow comparisons among clinical trials of patients with similar duration and severity of illness.This review will cover the need for early detection of AKI and the role of urinary and plasma biomarkers,including enzymuria.New biomarkers are essential to...
