氯硝西泮、654-2联合治疗海洛因依赖

目的··:寻找高效、安全、价廉无成瘾性戒毒药物。方法··:200例住院的海洛因依赖者脱毒中应用氯硝西泮、654 -2两种药物联合治疗。结果··:氯硝西泮对海洛因依赖戒断症状高峰期出现的情绪行为及睡眠障碍有很好的疗效 ,654 -2能控制与胆碱能神经相关的戒断症状 ,如流泪、流涕、呼吸道分泌物增多、疼痛等。结论··:氯硝西泮、654 -2联合治疗海洛因依赖 ,用量小、起效快、维持时间长、控制症状好、不良反应小。临床治疗中简便易行 ,又因价廉、疗程短、属非阿片受体拮抗剂、无成瘾性 ,不失为海洛因脱毒中经济易行的一种疗法。

COMBINED USE OF CLONAZEPAM AND 654-2 IN THE TREATMENT OF HEROIN DEPENDENCE

Objective: To look for safe, effective, cheap and non-addictive medicines to treat heroin dependent patients .Method:Two hundred heroin dependent patients in hospital were treated with clonazepam and 654-2 together and carefully observed.Result: Clonazepam had satisfactory curative effect on relieving paralepsy and dyssomnia occurred during the peak period of drug withdrawal, while 654-2 could control the symptoms related to cholinergic nerve such as lachrymation. Conclusion: Clonazepam and 654-2 used together to treat heroin dependent patients can produce quick and prolonged effect on the control of withdrawal syndromes with less drug adverse reactions. Cheap, non-addictive and convenient to use, combined use of clonazepam and 654-2 in the treatment of heroin dependence is highly recommended.
