| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）胆管损伤的防治方法.方法总结1993～2004年LC中5例胆管损伤的治疗及2362例LC中预防胆管损伤的经验.结果5例胆管损伤均治愈.结论胆道损伤是腹腔镜胆囊切除术的主要严重并发症,正确操作可避免损伤,胆道损伤术中及术后适时正确处理,一般预后良好.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the prevention and the treatment of biliary tract injury in laparoseopic cholecystectomy, Methods The treatment procedures for biliary tract injury in 5 cases and experiences of preventing the injury in 2362 cases undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy from 1993 to 2004 were summarized.Results 5 cases of biliary tract injury were cured. Conclusion Biliary tract injury is serious complication which can be avoided by accurately operating. |
