经血管内栓塞治疗脑内动静脉瘘

本组报道了经血管内治疗３例脑内动静脉瘘。栓塞均经股动脉入路，采用微螺旋圈安置和可脱球囊技术将动静脉瘘口逐一闭塞。术后颅内杂音立即消失，临床证状显著改善。随访５个月至２年病情无复发，颅内吹风样杂音是诊断动静脉瘘的重要体征，在栓塞中挤压同侧或双侧颈总动脉可以降低瘘口的血流速度和压力，有益于栓塞成功。

Endovascular Treatment of Intracerebral Arteriovenous Fistulae

Three cases with intracerebral arteriovenous fistulae were treated by endovascular treatment. All the cases were embolized with different detachable balloons and fixed microcoils techniques via transfemoral approach during the procedure.The results demonstrated that intracranial murmurs disappeared and clinical symptoms obviously improved at once after the fistulae were bloked up. Following up 5 months to 2 years postoperatively, no abnomality was found clinically. We think that intracranial murmur is an important sign for diagnosing fistulae and pressing of ipsilateral or both common carotid arteries, which aimed at reducing blood speed and pressure of fistulae, was an effective method in embolizing intracerebral arteriovenous fistulae.
