| 摘 要： | 目的:观察四磨汤对胆囊切除术后肠道功能恢复的影响。方法:将本院收治的6 5例胆囊切除术病人随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组术后6h开始给四磨汤口服,对照组不给任何胃肠动力药,对比两组病人术后肠功能恢复时间及胃肠反应。结果:治疗组术后肠功能恢复时间比对照组短,两组胃肠反应无明显差异。结论:四磨汤具有促进胆囊切除术后肠道功能恢复的作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of Simotang on resumption of gastrointestinal function in patients after cholecystectomy.Methods 65 patients after cholecystectomy were divided in treatment group(31 cases)and control group(34 cases). The treatment group were fed simotang after cholecystectomy 6 h. The control group were not fed Simotang. To observe the time of resumption of gastrointestinal functionandthe gastrointestinalcomplications in twogroups. Results The treatment group were significanly shorter than the control group in the time of resumption of gastrointestinal function(P<0.05),while there were no difference in gastrointestinal complication between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Simotang is beneficial to improve resumption of gastrointestinal function in patients after cholecystectomy. |
