| 摘 要： | 对橡胶厂制鞋工人作了淋巴细胞染色体畸变率及SCE频率的分析,两项结果在厂内的两组间差异都不明显。但染色体畸变与长春地区正常人比较,厂内两组明显增高,SCE频率也偏高。关于橡胶厂制鞋工人的细胞遗传学改变,仍有进一步探讨的必要。

| Abstract: | The frequency of chromosome aberration and SCE of the peripheral blood lymphocytes were analysed and compared between 24 shoe makers exposed to rubber and solvent gasoline and 29 other workers not exposed to the substances in the same factory with no significant difference.But when compared with the ordinary people in Changchun, the frequency of chromosome aberration was in both groups in this factory significantly higher and that of SCE was slightly higher, indicating the necessity of further investigation and discussion of the cytogenetic changes for shoe makers exposed to rubber and solvent gasoline. |
