摘    要:当前,在职医德教育停留于低水平的重复。教育对象往往重视医生护士,忽视行政管理、总务勤杂人员;教育内容浮于服务态度的表面,以服务态度教育代替医德教育;教育形式陈旧、单调、刻板、教育考评缺乏可靠指标。医德教育亟待突破上述难点,向新的广度和深度拓展。要从医院到社会广泛开展医德教育;要认真组织、系统学习医德理论;要由浅入深,学习研讨医学伦理新课题;要以医德为中心结合传播社会学、心理学、语言学等相关学科知识。在加强医德教育的基基础上,还应采取培养医德情感,制定医德规范、强化医德行为等措施,以全面推进医德建设工程。

Abstract:The education of medical morals in health staff on posts stays on a low level. For example, it often pays attention to doctors and nurses and not to administrators ect, it is teken place of by the education of service manner, and its forms are out of date, dull .stiff and short of essessment indexies. It should develop medical moral education from hospital to society, organize and stude the theories of medical morals in systematic, research ethic problems from the easy to the difficult, propagate medical moral combining socilogy, psychology and linguistics ect.and meanwhile , it should train medical moral emotion, work out the standard and strengthen medical moral behavior so as to carry medical moral construction engineering forward in all sides.
