摘    要:目的 探讨搏动性导管(PUCA)泵对绵羊心脏复苏的效果.方法 健康成年绵羊11只,致室颤心搏停止后行心脏复苏,序贯分为三组:无辅助组(n=3)、延迟辅助组(n=2)和即时辅助组(n=6),比较三组复苏持续时间及成功与失败的例数比.分别于复苏后5、60、180 min监测并记录血液动力学参数.结果 无辅助组、延迟辅助组和即时辅助组复苏持续时间分别为(38.3±5.8)、(43.5±9.2)和(48.7±23.8)min,三组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);三组成功/失败例数比分别为0/3、0/2和5/1(P<0.05).复苏成功的5只绵羊在支持期间血液动力学逐步恢复并趋向稳定,血压在辅助180 min与5 min相比有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 心搏停止中,在PUCA泵即时辅助下行心脏复苏可明显提高复苏成功率,并能恢复和稳定复苏动物的血液动力学.
