| Abstract: | This paper reviewed the adverse effect of physical restraint and the strategies of reducing restraint. We proposed that we should create a reducing restraint environment, develop and effective implement evidence-based guidelines, strengthen the education and training of restraint operational staff that were influenced by changing their knowledge, attitude and behavior to improve their restraint practice. |
