| 摘 要： | 目的:初步确定九头狮子草保肝护肝的有效活性部位。方法:用D-氨基半乳糖(D-GlaN)制备大鼠急性肝损伤模型,对总提取物和4个极性部位进行药效学筛选,确定有效部位。结果:大鼠口服九头狮子草醇浸膏和水浸膏均可明显抑制大鼠血清中ALT和AST两种转氨酶的升高(P<0.05),九头狮子草正丁醇部位可抑制D-半乳糖胺所致肝损伤所引起的转氨酶升高。结论:初步确定正丁醇部位为九头狮子草保肝的药效学活性部位。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To select pharmacodynamic active extracts of Peristrope japonica for protecting liver.METHODS Rat acute liver injury model was induced by D-galactosamine(D-GlaN),effective were selected by experiments on the whole extraction and four fractions.RESULTS The n-butanol fraction and water fraction can prevent the devolepment of ALT and AST.CONCLUSION The results show that the pharmacodynamic active extracts of Peristrope japonica are the n-butanol fraction. |
