摘    要:本工作利用大鼠辐射热-甩尾测痛结合脊髓蛛网膜下腔注药的方法,观察了r-氨基丁酸A(GABAA)受体阻断剂荷包牡丹碱对5-羟色胺镇痛作用的影响。实验结果如下:(1)脊髓蛛网膜下腔0.5nmol BIC能够对注射120nmol5-HT所引起的镇痛作用产生较迟的部分阻断作用,但这一剂量的BIC却能完全阻断注射1nmolGABAA受体激动剂muscimol所的明显强于120nmol5-HT的镇痛作用;(2

Abstract:The effects of intrathecally administered (i, t. ) GABAA-raceptor antaganist bicuculline (BIC) on the analgesia produced by i. t. serotonin (5-HT) or muscimol (MUS,a selective GABAA-receptor aganist) were observed and compared in rats using tail-flick (TF) test.The results show that: 1) i. t. BIC (0. 5nmol) can produce a partial and later blockade to theallalgesia produced by 5-HT (120nmol), but shows a complete blockade to that produced byMUS (1nmol); while the analgesic effect of MUS at this dosage is much stronger than that of 5-HT: 2) BIC alone exhibits on efiects on the tail-flick latency. The results suggest thatGABAA-receptors may partially mediate the 5-HT-induced analgesia at the spinal level.
