昆山市297例暗娼人员流行病学及性病艾滋病感染调查

目的了解昆山市暗娼人群流行病学特征及性病艾滋病感染情况。方法采用问卷方式对昆山市暗娼人群进行调查；采用ELISA方法进行HIV及梅毒血清学检测。结果昆山市297例暗娼的年龄范围在17—45岁；其中20-39年龄段最多，占58．81％；初中（46．80％）和小学（32．70％）文化者占多数；未婚居多，占48．2％：以娱乐场所女性服务人员为主，占88．55％；外来人口占93．30％。梅毒感染27例，占9．09％。分别有42人（14．14％）和82人（27．61％）在性活动中从不和有时使用安全套。结论昆山市暗娼人群以中青年为主，文化水平低，外来人口多．是性病和艾滋病感染的高危人群，应加强对该人群的教育与干预。

Survey 0f 297 sex workers and the infectious status of STD and HIV/AIDS

Objective To survey prevalent features of HIV/AIDS AND sexually transmitted disease （STD） Female sex workers in Kunshan City. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among female sex workers in Kunshan City. ELISA was used for detection of HIV and syphilis infection. Results The age of 297 female sex workers was from 17 to 45 years old, and 58.81% of them were iaged 20 - 39 years. The educational background of was junior middle school （46. 80% ） and primary school （32.70%） and 48.15% of them were unmarried. About 88.55% of female sex workers were in entertainment service places and 93.30% of them were moved from outside of the area. The infection rate of syphilis was 27 （9.09%）. There 42 （ 14.14% ）and 82 （27.61%） of the sex workers never or occassionally used condoms. Conclusion Female sex workers in Kunshan are mostly middle - aged women of floating population with low educational background, thus are high risk group for STD and HIV and intervention measures be carried out.
