| 摘 要： | 用形态学的方法研究了补骨脂不同炮制品对小鼠肾脏的毒害作用。结果说明，每日给药量为临床用量的２５倍、给药２１ｄ的动物，生品及其５种不同的炮制品均表现了一定的毒性作用。５种炮制品与生品比，有的毒性降低，炮制品之间相比，亦有差异。 |

| Abstract: | The toxic action to kidney of mice of different processed products of Fructus Psoraleae has been studied by morphology method. As a result,the crude and five kinds of different processed products showed certain toxic action to animals when the dose per day is 25 times of clinical dose,and after being taken for continuous 2l days. The toxicity of some of five kinds is lower than that of the crude.There is difference among the processed products in toxicity. |
