HAG方案治疗老年急性髓系白血病16例疗效分析

目的探讨老年急性髓系白血病（AML）的治疗方法。方法应用HAG预激方案（阿糖胞苷10mg·m^-1，每12h皮下注射1次，第1～14d；高三尖杉酯碱1mg·m^-2·d^-1，第1—14d，静脉滴注；粒细胞集落刺激因子300μg·d^-1，第1—14d皮下注射），治疗老年急性髓系白血病16例，观察疗效及毒副作用结果16例患者中，达到完全缓解5例，部分缓解2例，早期死亡3例，骨髓抑制比常规化疗抑制较轻，未见严重心、肝、肾等重要器官损害。结论HAG方案治疗老年AML效果较好，化疗耐受性高。

Curative effect analysis of HAG plan treating elderly acute myeloid leukemia

Aim To explore the treatment of elderly acute myeloid leukemia （AML）. Methods HAG preexcitation Programme（ a subcutaneous injection of Ara-C10 mg·m^-2, every 12 hours, for 1 to 14 days;intravenous drip of homoharringtonine Base 1 mg·m^-1 · d^-1 for 1 to 14 days, subcutaneous injection of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor of 300 μg · d^-1 for 1 to 14 days）. 16 cases of acute myeloid leukemia were trented and efficacy and toxicity were oserved. Results Of 16 patients ,5 patients achieved complete remission, partial remission two cases. Early death three cases. Bone marrow suppression inhibition was lighter than conventional chemotherapy, no serious heart,liver, kidney and other organ damage. Conclusions HAG plan in the treatment of elderly AML has better results and high tolerance of chemotherapy.
