| 摘 要： | 目的：观察芪参固脱合剂对肛瘘术后患者免疫球蛋白A（IgA）的调控作用。方法：60例住院患者随机分为2组各30例，对照组仅予术后常规治疗，治疗组在术后常规治疗的基础上，加服芪参固脱合剂。2组治疗前后各查一次血清IgA和直肠分泌物SIgA，观察2组的创面愈合天数，并随访术后3月、6月及1年的复发情况。结果：2组血清IgA水平治疗前后差值比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。2组直肠分泌物SIgA水平治疗前后差值比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。创面愈合天数治疗组为（23．30±1．72）天，对照组为（27．00±2．94）天，2组比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：芪参固脱合剂能通过上调血清IgA和直肠分泌物SIgA水平，调节免疫功能，促进创面修复。 |
