| 摘 要： | 目前，多种不同的热熔制粒方法在颗粒荆、片剂、胶囊剂等口服固体制剂的制备中得以应用。本文综述了热熔制粒法的特点、设备、黏合剂、应用、发展趋势、产业化的关键问题及解决途径，重点介绍了具有不同溶解性、起关键作用的低熔点黏合剂。 |

| Abstract: | In recent times,various methods of hot melt granulation have been adopted in the preparation of oral solid dosage forms,such as granules,tablets and capsules.This paper presents a review of these methods' features,equipments,binders,applications,tendencies,problems and solutions of industrial production.Special emphasis is put on binders with low melt point and different solubility,which play crucial roles in hot melt granulation. |
