肝癌患者ABO血型与HBV,家族史相关性分析

目的:研究原发性肝癌(PHC)患者ABO血型分布与乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)、家族肝癌史等的关系。方法,根据204例PHC患者ABO血型分布以及有无HBV感染、家族肝癌史、性别等进行分组比较,以卡方(X~2)检验进行统计学处理。结果:各血型的PHC患者合并HBV感染远多于无感染者、男性远多于女性,但A型血的PHC患者具有家族肝癌史者显著多于其它血型(P<0.01)。合并HBV感染,或有家族肝癌史的PHC患者中,仅A型血者显著多于对照组(P<0.05与0.001)。结论:感染HBV和/或有家族肝癌史的A型血者罹患PHC的倾向性最高,应密切关注;肝癌遗传易感基因和A抗原物质对PHC的发生发展可能具有协同促进作用。

Correlative Analysis PHC Patients'' ABO Blood type, HBV Infection and Family History

Aim: The relations among PHC patients' ABO blood type, HBV infection and family history of PHC were studied. Method. 204 cases of PHC were classified according to ABO blood type, HBV infection, family history of PHC and sex. The data were studied in statistics. Results: To each blood group, patients with HBV infection were far more than those with no HBV infection , and male patients were more than female, but patients in blood group A having family history of PHC were obviously more as compared with other blood group (P<0. 01). Patients with blood group A who were with HBV infection or family history of PHC were markedly more as compared with control (P<0. 05 and 0. 01). Conclusion: People in blood group A with HBV infection and/ or family history of PHC tend to have PHC. It should be paid more attention to them. The family history gene of PHC and A antigen perhaps had a collusive and promotive function in PHC occurrence and development.
