| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声显像对盆腔混合性肿块鉴别诊断的价值.方法应用超声显像诊断172例盆腔混合性肿块,分析声像图特征,与术后病理结果对照,并分析误诊原因.结果超声诊断与术后病理诊断符合率为89%,误诊率为11%.结论超声对盆腔混合性肿块的鉴别诊断价值较大.部分盆腔肿块声像图不具有特征性,需结合临床综合分析加以鉴别. |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the differential diagnostic value of ultrasonography for pelvic mixed masses.Methods A total of 172 patients with pelvic mixed masses underwent the ultrasound examination and operation. We studied comparatively the results of the ultrasound and pathology.Results The coincidence rate of them was 89%(153/172) while the misdiagnosis rate was 11%(19/172).Conclusions The differential diagnostic value of ultrasonography for pelvic mixed masses was significant.However,some of the pelvic masses have no specific features on ultrasound.We must combine other clinical informations in order to make a correct diagnosis. |
