穴位埋线治疗围绝经期综合征86例临床观察

目的观察穴位埋线治疗围绝经期综合征的疗效。方法将166例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用穴位埋线疗法,对照组采用口服乙炔雌二醇戊醚及谷维素。治疗3个月后观察疗效及相关指标。结果治疗组完全缓解率为80.2%,对照组为45.0%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组在平均起效时间明显优于对照组(P<0.01),在各临床症状消失时间方面也明显优于对照组(P<0.01);在治疗后积分方面,治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);对照组在降低FSH、LH及升高E2水平方面明显优于治疗组(P<0.01);治疗后治疗组与对照组子宫内膜厚度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线可有效调节性腺轴,对围绝经期综合征具有良好的治疗效果,且无明显副反应。

Clinical Observations on Treatment of 86 Peri-climacteric Syndrome Cases by Point Catgut Embedding

Objective To investigate the efficacy of point catgut embedding for treating peri-climacteric syndrome. Methods One hundred and Sixty-six patients were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups. The treatment group was treated by point catgut embedding and the control group, by oral administration of Ethinyl estradiol 3-cyclopentyl ether and Oryzanol. The curative effects and relevant indices were evaluated after 3-month treatment. Results The complete resolution rate was 80.2% in the treatment group and 45.0% in the control group; there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). The average time for producing the effect was significantly shorter in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0.01) and also was the time for eliminating the clinical symptoms (P<0.01). The posttreatment score was significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group (P< 0.05). FSH and LH levels were lowered significantly more and E_2 level raised significantly more in the control group than in the treatment group (P<0.01). After treatment there was a significant difference in endometrial thickness between the treatment and control groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Point catgut embedding can effectively regulate the gonadal axis and treat peri-climacteric syndrome without noticeable side effect.
