| 摘 要： | 目的总结北京市东城区人和犬狂犬病控制现状,分析东城区狂犬病防控工作成绩和不足,为进一步完善狂犬病控制措施提供建议。方法通过调查收集人和犬狂犬病控制工作资料。结果东城区的致伤人群大幅增加,夏秋季致伤人群数量较多,女性多于男性,以青壮年为主,但是0—14岁儿童和学生也是不容忽视的人群;致伤部位多见于手部和下肢,就诊及时率较高,Ⅲ级暴露人群的被动免疫制剂使用率较低;犬的免疫率较低。结论东城区的狂犬病防控形势较好,但仍需提高Ⅲ级暴露人群的被动免疫制剂使用率和犬的免疫覆盖率。建议加强对高危人群,特别是缺乏自我保护的儿童的暴露前免疫,加强狂犬病相关知识的健康教育。
