正常妊娠期间母体左心室舒张功能的变化

目的　妊娠期间因胎儿生长发育的需要 ,母体心血管系统发生适应性变化。本文拟探讨妊娠母体左心室舒张功能的变化。方法　对 14 2例正常妊娠母体采用无创超声心动技术并同步记录 导心电图录像带慢回放参照Weyman氏方法 ,测量各项指标。结果　 ( 1)心率 ( HR)随孕期逐渐增加 ,孕各期较对照组有显著性差异 P<0 .0 5。( 2 )二尖瓣 E- F斜率孕晚期显示较前下降。二尖瓣 E峰峰值、跨瓣压差各组间无统计差别 ,A峰孕晚期增至最大 ,E/ A比值孕晚期亦呈减小 ,但仍大于 1。结论　正常妊娠母体孕晚期舒张功能轻度减低。

Changes of maternal LV diastole function and hemodynamic states during the course of normal gestation

Objective To demonstrate the maternal cardiovascular diastole functional changes during the course of gestation by echocardiography. Methods Five healthy nonpregnant women,35 early pregnant,37 second and 35 third trimester normal pregnant women were selected in this study.All of them were studied by echocardiography in left lateral decubitus position, synchronusly recording EKG. Results The mitral A wave velocity increased throughout gestation with the peak at the third trimester, while E wave changing slightly, resulting the decrease of E/A. In late pregnancy, the mitral EF slope decreased(P<0.01). Conclusions In later pregnancy, left cardiovascular diastole function slightly decreases.
