髋臼骨折的手术治疗(附47例报告)

目的 :探讨髋臼骨折的治疗效果。方法 :对 4 7例髋臼骨折病例按骨折分类选用不同手术入路显露后 ,单独或合并使用加压螺钉、可吸收螺钉、重建钢板等内固定 ,对其疗效进行回顾性分析。结果 :随访 4 0例 ,平均3.5年 (5月～ 8年 ) ,采用美国矫形外科医生学会髋关节功能评价标准和MattaX线评定分级标准评定 ,优良率 81.3%。结论 :开放复位内固定是治疗髋臼骨折的有效方法 ,合理选择手术入路和内固定方式 ,是提高复位质量、获得满意疗效的保证。

SURGICAL TREATMENT FOR ACETABULAR FRACTURE (REPORT OF 47 CASES)

Objective: To determine surgical method for acetabular fractures.Methods: Forty-seven patients were treated with compressive screw, absorptive screw,common plate and reconstructive plate sole or combined according to the types of acetabular fractures.Results: Forty cases were followed-up for 5 months to 8 years (an average of 3.5 years). According to AAOS score and Matta standard the rate of the excellent and the good was 81.3%.Conclusion:Surgical treatment should be advised and adopted for acetabular fracture, and accurate selection of Operation program and internal fixtion are the important guarantee to a good result.
