绵马贯众中绵马贯众素大孔树脂纯化工艺研究

摘    要:
目的:考察大孔吸附树脂对绵马贯众中绵马贯众素的吸附分离性能。方法:采用HPLC测定绵马贯众素含量,静态吸附分离法确定适合的大孔吸附树脂,动态吸附分离法确定分离条件。结果:DM130大孔吸附树脂对绵马贯众素有良好的吸附分离性能,其分离工艺条件为:绵马贯众素上样质量浓度为0.683mg·ml^-1,最大上样量为6.147mg·ml^-1树脂,5BV水及30%乙醇先后洗去杂质,5BV95%乙醇洗脱。结论:DM130树脂交换吸附绵马贯众中绵马贯众素的纯化方法可取,具有良好的应用前景。
