肉苁蓉总甙的抗脂质过氧化作用及抗辐射作用

摘    要:肉苁蓉总甙(GCs)可明显增强小鼠红细胞SOD活性,降低血清MDA含量,提高肝、肾组织中DNA,RNA含量,能明显促进受60Co照射损伤后小鼠红细胞SOD活性及脾核酸含量的恢复,降低肝MDA含量,提示GCs对核酸的保护作用及辐射防护作用与其抗脂质过氧化作用密切相关。

Antilipid Peroxidation and Antiradiative Action of Glycosides in Herba Cistanches

Abstract:The results showed that oral administration of GCs could markedly increase the activity of SOD in red blood cells as well as the contents of nucleic acid (DNA and RNA) in liver and kidney, decrease the contents of MDA in serum, markedly increase the activity of SOD in red blood cells as well as the contents of nucleic acid in the spleen of mice radio induced by 60 Co, and also lower the contents of MDA in liver. The results suggest that the protective effect of GCs on nucleic acid and antiradiative action may be related to its antilipid peroxidation.
