| Abstract: | The contents of volatile oil,myristicin,safrol and methyleugenol,as well as the composition and content of fatty oil in nutmeg,mace and their processed products were comparatively studied.The composition of volatile oil and the detection of trimyristin were compared by TLC.A scientific basis for the development and application of mace has thus been provided. |
