| 摘 要： | 卡维地洛是一种非选择性 β受体阻滞剂 ,可完全阻滞α1、β1和 β2 受体 ,它能显著降低慢性充血性心力衰竭病人的发病率和死亡率 ,本文简要总结了近几年来卡维地洛在心力衰竭中的治疗现状。

| Abstract: | Carvedilol is a kind of nonalternative β-adrenoceptor blocking drugs with blocking α_1,β_1 and β_2 adrenoceptor completely.The incidence and the mortality of chronic heart failure have been declined obviously by administration of carvedilol.Now,we review the present status on carvedilol in the treatment of heart failure. |
