眼球按摩对滤过性手术后眼压控制的研究

目的探讨眼球按摩对滤过性手术后眼压控制的效果。方法对已行滤过性手术后治疗的82例（82只眼）青光眼进行眼球按摩,比较按摩前后前房及眼压的变化。结果 82例（82只眼）按摩前与按摩后即时前房及眼压变化有统计学意义,P值均〈0.05.结论滤过性手术是治疗青光眼的主要手段之一,但术后有部分病例难以形成满意的滤过泡而致眼压不能得到良好控制,如不及时处理将导致手术失败。术后早期行眼球按摩有利于功能性滤过泡形成,从而提高滤过性手术的成功率。

Study of ocular massage on the control over intraocular pressure after filtering surgery

Objective To probe the ocular massage on the control over intraocular pressure after filtering surgery.Methods 82 patients（82 eyes）with glaucoma after filtration surgery were treated by eye massage,and the anterior chamber and intraocular pressure changes were compared before and after massage.Results immediately anterior chamber and intraocular pressure was statistically significant in 82 patients（82 eyes）before and after the massage massage.P〈0.05.Conclusion Filtering surgery was one of the principle means to treat glaucoma and early postoperative massage is conducive to functional bled formation.Ocular massage could help improve the success rate of filtering surgery.
