| Abstract: | Summary The association between hidradenitis suppurativa and joint involvement is well recognized. We describe a 63-year-old man with a severe HLA-B27 negative ankylosing spondylitis associated with hidradenitis suppurativa. We are not aware of any reports of such an association in the literature. |
