经鼻持续气道正压通气治疗睡眠呼吸暂停综合征66例临床观察

目的 观察经鼻持续气道正压通气(nCPAP)治疗睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(SAS)的疗效.方法 对66例睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者进行经鼻持续气道正压通气(nCPAP)治疗,治疗前及治疗后4周填写问卷调查表,并监测血氧饱和度和血压.结果 经鼻持续气道正压通气治疗4周后,所有患者白天困倦、嗜睡及低氧血症消失,与治疗前比较差异有非常显著性(P＜0.01);38例夜尿增多患者夜尿次数减少,与治疗前比较差异有显著性(P＜0.05);34例存在高血压患者血压水平与治疗前比较明显下降,差异亦有显著性(P＜0.05).结论 经鼻持续气道正压通气治疗睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者,可使主观症状明显好转,夜尿次数减少,血压明显下降,低氧血症消失,值得临床推广使用.

Effects of nasal continuous positive airway pressure treatment for 66 patients with sleep apnea syndrome

Objective To observe the effectiveness of treatment of patients with sleep apnea syndrome by using nasal continuous positive airway pressure.Methods 66 patients with sleep apnea syndrome accepted the therapy of nasal continuous positive airway pressure.The questionnaire was administerd and oxygen saturation and blood pressure were monitored before and after 4 weeks of nCPAP treatment.Results After 4 weeks of nCPAP treatment,daytime sleepiness and hypoxemia disappeared,and compared with that before nCPAP,it had significant difference(P<0.01);The times of nocturnal urination decreased significantly in 38 patients(P<0.05);The blood pressure of 34 patients with hypertension declined obviously after 4 weeks treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The health status and subjective symptoms of patients with sleep apnea syndrome improved obviously with nasal continuous positive airway pressure.It can decrease blood pressure and the times of nocturnal urination,dispel hypoxemia and is worthy to be used.
