CIK细胞过继免疫治疗晚期恶性肿瘤的临床研究

目的评价化疗后行CIK细胞治疗恶性肿瘤的疗效。方法将105例病人随机分为两组，治疗组71例采用CIK细胞治疗，化疗结束后2～4周，输注CIK细胞；对照组34例单用化疗。观察指标：疗效、生存质量、毒性、无进展生存期。结果治疗组71例化疗后接受CIK细胞治疗者中，总有效率明显高于对照组，生活质量提高显著，毒性未增加，无进展生存期明显延长。结论化疗后行CIK细胞过继免疫治疗，对晚期肿瘤患者，能够改善生活质量，延长生存期。

Clinical study of cytokine-induced killer cells in the treatment of patients with advanced malignant tumor after chemotherapy

Objective To estimate the clinical effects in the treatment of patients with advanced malignant tumor with cytokine-induced killer （CIK） cells. Methods CIK cells were induced with IL-2. γ-IFN. anti-CD3 monoclonal antibody and IL-1, then were transfused back to the patients with advanced malignant tumor after two weeks, for observation of effects,life quality, PFS, toxic reaction and the Karnofsky＇ s grade. Results The effective rate and survival period of CIK group were significantly higher than that of control group. Conclusion CIK ceils therapy can enhance effect of tile anti-cancer, improve survival quantity and prolong survival period, which probably can provide a potent immune therapeutic strategy for patients with advanced malignant tumor.
