25例末节手指套脱伤的原位缝合

目的：探讨末节手指套脱伤的原位缝合技术和效果。方法：对25例共32指的末节手指套脱伤的临床资料、治疗方法和效果进行回顾性分析。结果：全部病例均采用原位缝合法,术后共19例24指得到随访,平均14个月。除5例7指末节有麻木不适外,其余14例17指均成活,外形功能良好。结论：由于创伤所致的皮瓣下毛细血管网痉挛导致血供障碍,但麻醉后的扩血管作用可使其血运逐渐恢复,因此应慎重对待末节手指套脱伤的处理,免除不必要的截指或其他复杂手术。

Original shape suturing for the avulsion injuries of distal fingers (25 cases)

Objective: To evaluate the technique and effect of original shape suturing Metheds: 25cases with 32 distal fingers of original shape suturing for avulsion injuries were analyzed retrospectively, including the clinical materials, methods and effect.Results:All cases were treated with original shape suturing and of 19 cases with 24 fingers were followed up for an average of 14 months. All cases were survied and have good appearance and function, except for the feelings of pins and needls of 5 cases with 7 fingere. Conclusions: To avoid the unnecessary amputation or other comlicated surgical operations,it should be care for the management of avulsion injuries with distal fingers. The blood supply obstruction can be developed when the capillary net were spasmed under the flaps,but it can be inproved by the blood vessel dilatation after anesthesia.
