高频超声对乳腺癌与乳腺纤维瘤鉴别诊断的意义

摘    要:目的 探讨乳腺癌和乳腺纤维瘤的超声鉴别诊断。方法 对经手术证实的64枚乳房肿块进行回顾性分析,从病灶形态、边界及内部、周围、后方回声等方面比较。结果 浸润性导管癌22例,浸润性乳腺癌15例,粘液腺癌1例,超声诊断正确率89.5%;纤维瘤26例,诊断正确率92.3%。结论 大于2cm以上的乳腺癌与纤维瘤超声诊断正确率较高,但要注意二者声像图的重叠现象。

Abstract:Purpose To investigate the value of high-frequency ultrasonography in identifying breast cancer and breast adenofibroma. Methods Sixty-four patients with breast tumors were examined with high-frequency ultrasound. All cases were confirmed by pathology. The compared parameters of ultrasonography were the shape, margin, and inner, boundary and rear echogenicity of lesions. Results There were 22 cases of infiltrating duct carcinoma, 15cases of infiltrating carcinoma and 1 case of mucinous carcinoma. The diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound was 89.5%. There were 26 cases of adenofibroma, and the diagnostic accuracy were 92.3%. Conclusion The diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound is high in differentiating breast cancer and adenofibroma when diameter of mass is above 2 cm, however, we should pay attention to the sonographic overlapping of different breast masses.
