摘    要:目的 研究短波紫外线照射对恶性肿瘤患者粒-单造血祖细胞集落形成和细胞活力的影响。方法 应用0.50、100,300、400,800mJ/cm^2的UVC照射应用干细胞生长因子动员后白细胞外周血单个核细胞(PBMNC),观察7d后粒-单系造血祖细胞集落(CFU-GM)以及于UVC照射后1,3,5,7d观察细胞活力。结果 50,100,200,400,800mJ/cm^2UVC照射后CFU-GM集落个

Abstract:Objective To determine the effect of ultraviolet C(UVC) irradiation on CFU-GM(colony forming unit/graulo-monocyte) and cellular viability in leukemia.Methods Peripheral blood monocyte was irradiated by UVC(25.37 nm) in 0,50,100,300,400,800 mJ/cm 2 respectively.The CFU-GM was observed at 7th day after UVC irradiation,the cellular viability was determined after 1,3,5 and 7 days of UVC.Comparison was performed between the experimental group and control group.Results The study showed that CFU-GM was obviously reduced at post-UVC irradiation(P<0.01),which was in pace with increase of UV dose.However,the drop of cellular viability was less than CFU-GM relatively.Conclusion It is suggested that UVC irradiation can decrease the CFU-GM,but it does not kill the cells directly.The alteration of cell membrane receptor radiated by UVC may impact the cell functions possibly.
