我国健康教育的卫生经济学评价

随着我国老龄化、城市化进程的加快,慢性非传染性疾病造成的经济负担将会给我国的卫生系统带来更大挑战。健康教育以改变不良生活方式、降低或消除影响健康的危险因素为核心,对慢性病的干预和控制发挥了重要作用。健康教育项目的经济效益评估,对优化卫生资源配置有着积极意义。本文即对我国健康教育的卫生经济学评价做一概述。

A Brief Introduction to Health Economics Evaluation of Health Education

With the acceleration of aging and urbanization, the financial burden from non- communicable chronic disease would pose more challenge to Chinese health system. The core of health education was to change unhealthy behavior and life style, as well as to lessen and eliminate risk factors of disease. Therefore, health education was important for the control of chronic disease. Health economics evaluation of health education program was meaningful for optimizing allocation of health resources. In this article, we summarized the related studies in China.
