| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CT、C臂机联合导引下椎体成形术（PVP）治疗压缩性骨折的效果及穿刺方法。方法接受PVP治疗的181例压缩性骨折患者的207个椎体进入研究。治疗在CT、C臂机联合导引下进行,经单侧椎弓根斜向进入椎体中央前1/3,注入骨水泥。结果全部椎体完成PVP,患者无严重并发症发生。术后随访有效率95.58%。结论CT、C臂机联合导引下PVP安全、有效。 |
