经脐0.5cm单孔腹腔镜治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝31例

目的探讨经脐0．5em单孔腹腔镜治疗小腹股沟斜疝的应用价值。方法回顾分析我院2008年12月至2011年6月间采用单孔腹腔镜治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的临床资料．手术用普通外科缝针荷包缝合内环口。结果治疗小儿斜疝3l例，单侧斜疝17例，双侧斜疝14例，其中隐匿性疝4例。单侧疝手术时间平均12min，双侧疝26min，无阴囊水肿、感染、睾丸萎缩、医源性隐睾等并发症发生。术后随访12～24个月，无复发。结论经脐0．5cm单孔腹腔镜治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝安全、可靠、美观并且操作简便．值得基层医院推广应用。

Transumbilical 0.5 cm single-port laparoscope in the treatment of 31 cases with pediatric inguinal hernia

Objective To investigate the value of the 0.5 cm of transumbilical single-hole laparoseope in treatment of pediatric inguinal hernia. Methods A retrospective data of 31 children with inguinal hernia was analyzed. The operation procedure was performed by internal ring of pursestring suture using surgical needle under a 0.5 em single-port laparoscope. Results The operation was performed in all of 31 cases including 17 of unilateral nguinal hernia, 14 of bilateral inguinal hernia. Of 31 cases, 4 were latent.9 hernia. The operation time for unilateral hernia was an average of 12 min and 24 rain for bilateral inguinal hernia. No complications occured such as scrotum edema, infection, testieular atrophy, iatrogenic cryptorchism and no recurrence was found in 12-24 of months of follow-up. Conclusion The surgical procedure of single-port laparoscopic treatment of pediatric inguinal hernia is reliable and worth application in the primary hospital.
