乳腺癌术后化疗患者应对方式及影响因素

目的探讨乳腺癌患者术后化疗的应对方式及相关因素。方法采用医学应对问卷（MCMQ）对300例乳腺癌术后化疗患者进行横断面调查。结果乳腺癌患者的应对方式总体平均水平为（49．57±2．21）分。其中本研究组300例患者面对得分为（18．53±1．44）分，回避得分为（16．38±1．63）分，屈服得分为（14．67±1．10）分；癌症常模面对得分为（19．12±4．14）分，回避得分为（14．46±3．03）分，屈服得分为（8．55±3．33）分，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（t分别为-7．108，20．426，95．625；P〈0．01）。文化程度、医疗支付方式对应对方式的影响有统计学意义（均P〈0．01）。结论护理人员应根据不同文化程度、医疗支付方式，指导患者采用正面的应对方式，促进疾病康复。

Coping modes and related factors among breast cancer patients receiving chemotherapy

Objective To explore the coping modes and its related factors for the breast cancer patients. Methods 300 patients with breast cancer after postoperative chemotherapy were recruited for a cross-sectional survey, using medical coping questionnaire （MCMQ）. Results The total mean level of coping mode was （49.57 ± 2.21 ）. The face score of coping mode was （ 18.53 ± 1.44 ） , avoidance score was （ 16.38 ± 1.63 ）, yield score was （ 14.67 ± 1.10） in our study, and those in cancer norm were （ 19.12 ± 4.14）, （ 14.46 ± 3.03 ） and （ 8.55 ± 3.33 ）, respectively, and the differences were significant （ t = 7. 108, 20. 426, 95. 625, respectively ; P 〈 0. 01 ）. Single-factor analysis showed that educational level and the way of payment were identified as significant influence factors of coping mode （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions Nurses should guide breast cancer to use positive coping modes based on their educational level and the way of payment and improve the health level of patients.
