局部应用派丽奥软膏辅助治疗牙周炎的临床效果评价

目的评价牙周局部应用派丽奥软膏辅助治疗牙周炎的临床效果。方法选择成人慢性牙周炎患者54例,采用随机单盲自身对照方法,以单纯牙周基础治疗为对照,实验组基础治疗后在牙周袋内置入派丽奥软膏,每周1次,共4次。观察基线、第5周、第9周时菌斑指数(PLI)、牙周袋探诊深度(PD)、牙周附着水平(AL)和龈沟出血指数(SBI)等指标。结果第5周、第9周2组临床指标均较基线时有明显改善(P<0.01),实验组改善优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论局部应用派丽奥软膏辅助治疗牙周炎,能有效地改善临床症状。

Clinical effects of PERIOCLINE in local treatment of periodontitis

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of PERIOCLINE as the auxiliary treatment of periodontitis.Methods 54 patients were divided into the test group and the control group by split-mouth design after basic treatment.The test group was treated with PERIOCLINE into the periodontal pocket once a week for 4 weeks,while the control group was treated with nothing.At the baseline level,the indexes such as PLI,PD,AL and SBI were observed on the 5th week and 9th week,respectively.Results All the indices of both groups were improved obviously,compared with the baseline(P<0.01).The results of the test group were better than those of the control group,and their differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Local drug delivery of PERIOCLINE as the auxiliary treatment of periodontitis can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and gain good clinical results.
