| 摘 要： | 目的探讨放射线对鼻腔鼻窦黏膜组织形态学的影响，减少放射性鼻窦炎等并发症的发生。方法依条件筛选12例，按放疗前、放疗中期、放疗后3个月、放疗后18个月，分4个阶段按同例同侧的原则采集标本进行扫描电镜观察。结果放疗前纤毛分布均匀、致密、整齐、运动方向一致。放疗中期纤毛排列紊乱、粗细不均、部分脱落或融合、失方向性，传输功能下降。放疗后3个月纤毛大多数呈倒伏状、排列紊乱、部分融合或断裂、脱落或粘连成簇状或顶端呈球状。放疗后18个月见纤毛再生明显呈致密生长，且数量显著增多，排列与方向较整齐并统一，纤毛传输功能进入恢复期。结论放射线对鼻腔鼻窦黏膜组织形态可产生不同程度损伤，同步辅助治疗能有效减低其影响。
