补中益气汤加减配合正脊手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症合并腰椎管狭窄症临床观察

目的：观察补中益气汤加减配合正脊手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症合并腰椎管狭窄症的临床疗效。方法：将120例腰椎间盘突出症合并腰椎管狭窄症患者随机分为两组各60例，分别采用补中益气汤加减内服配合正脊手法（治疗组）和单独采用正脊手法（对照组）治疗各60例，采用视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评价疼痛程度、镇痛效果并对比两组疗效。结果：治疗组显效31例，有效25例，无效4例，总有效率93．33％。对照组显效20例，有效32例，无效8例，总有效率86．67％，两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗组疗效优于对照组，显示补中益气汤加减配合正脊手法治疗本病疗效较好。结论：补中益气汤加减配合正脊手法，内外治法合用治疗腰椎间盘突出症合并腰椎管狭窄症具有较好的疗效。

Clinical observation on the curative effect of BUZHONGYIQITANG matching manipulation to cure lubar intervertebral disc protrusion combimned with lumbar spinal stenosis

Objective： To observe the curative effect of BUZHONGYIQITANG （ BZYQT, a TCM composition） matching manipulation to cure lubar intervertebral disc protrusion combimned with lumbar spinal stenosis. Methods： 120 cases of patients with lubar intervertebral disc protrusion combimned with lumbar spinal stenosis were randomly divided into two groups, group A （ therapy group, 60 cases, BZYQT for oral use and manipulation used） and group B （control group, 60 cases, manipulation singly used）. The items on degree of pain and effect of relieving pain in two groups were observed and appraised by VAS and the curative effects of them were compared. Results： In group A, the numbers of excellence, utility and inefficacy were respectively 31 cases, 25 cases and 4 cases, the total effective rate was 93. 33%. the numbers above in group B were respectively 20 cases, 32 cases, 8 cases and 86.67%. There had significant difference on curative effect in two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）, and the effect of group was sUper to that of group, it showed thst the mothod of group A had better effect on the disease. Conclusion： The method above had better curative effect on curing lubar intervertebral disc protrusion combimned with lumbar spinal stenosis.
