| 摘 要： | 目的 通过对临床用血资料统计分析，了解临床输血现状，以便提高临床输血质量。方法对佛山市中医院2000—2008年临床用血的资料进行统计分析。结果我院临床成分血使用率呈上升趋势，其中O型血用量最大。结论严格掌握输血适应症，提倡成分输血，科学、合理用血。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the present situation of clinical blood transfusion for better quality.Methods The index including total quantity,whole blood and component blood transfusion during 2000-2008 in our hospital were anslyzed, Results The percentage of component blood transfu-sion of our hospital was increasing year by year, and among them the type O blood was used in the largest amount. Conclusions To control the indication of blood transfusion strictly,component blood transfu-sion should be promoted. |
