依那普利、倍他乐克及安体舒通联合治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效观察

目的探讨依那普利、酒石酸美托洛尔片(商品名:倍他乐克)及安体舒通联合治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的效果。方法70例慢性心力衰竭患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组35例。对照组采用常规抗心力衰竭治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施依那普利、倍他乐克及安体舒通联合治疗,比较两组治疗效果及治疗前后心功能指标[左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)和左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)]。结果观察组总有效率94.29%高于对照组的74.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组LVEF(42.25±7.95)%高于对照组的(38.02±8.24)%,LVEDD(41.89±8.63)mm和LVESD(29.96±7.88)mm均小于对照组的(51.55±2.96)、(40.77±6.31)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用依那普利、倍他乐克及安体舒通联合治疗慢性心力衰竭,可以有效提升疗效。

Efficacy observation of enalapril,betaloc and spironolactone in the treatment of chronic heart failure

Objective To discuss the effect of enalapril,metoprolol tartrate tablets(trade name:Betaloc)and spironolactone in the treatment of chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods A total of 70 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional anti-heart failure treatment,and the observation group was treated with enalapril,Betaloc and spironolactone on the basis of the control group.Both groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect,cardiac function indexes[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD)]before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate 94.29% of the observation group was higher than 74.29% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the LVEF(42.25±7.95)% of the observation group was higher than(38.02±8.24)% of the control group,and the LVEDD(41.89±8.63)mm and LVESD(29.96±7.88)mm were less than(51.55±2.96)and(40.77±6.31)mm of the control group.All differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Enalapril,Betaloc and spironolactone in the treatment of chronic heart failure can effectively improve the efficacy.
