Observation on the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on gastroparesis after gastric cancer surgery

Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on gastroparesis after gastric cancer surgery.Methods A total of 70 patients with gastroparesis after gastric cancer surgery were divided into experimental group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,complication rate and treatment time of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.14%,which was significantly higher than 77.14%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate in the experimental group was 2.86%,which was lower than 22.86%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment time in the experimental group was(8.55±2.36)d,and the treatment time in the control group was(15.69±2.69)d;the treatment time in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has significant therapeutic effect on patients with gastroparesis after gastric cancer surgery,with high treatment safety and short treatment time,and can be promoted in clinical practice.
