探究肾康注射液联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病肾病的有效性及安全性

目的探究肾康注射液联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病肾病的有效性及安全性。方法100例糖尿病肾病患者,随机分为参照组和观察组,每组50例。参照组实行前列地尔单一用药治疗,观察组实行前列地尔联合肾康注射液治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的临床各项指标[血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)]以及24 h尿蛋白。结果治疗后,观察组患者Scr(120.40±28.85)μmol/L、BUN(12.51±3.33)mmol/L、TG(1.30±0.24)mmol/L、TC(3.20±0.65)mmol/L均低于参照组的(155.31±39.25)μmol/L、(16.94±3.12)mmol/L、(2.07±0.51)mmol/L、(5.12±1.10)mmol/L,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者24 h尿蛋白(2.09±0.65)g/L低于参照组的(2.97±0.87)g/L,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病肾病患者的治疗中,联合用药能够改善患者的肾功能指标,治疗效果显著,存在应用价值。

Investigation on the effectiveness and safety of Shenkang injection combined with alprostadil in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy

Objective To investigate the effectiveness and safety of Shenkang injection combined with alprostadil in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 100 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into reference group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with alprostadil alone,and the observation group was treated with alprostadil in combination with Shenkang injection.The clinical indicators[serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC)]and 24-h urine protein before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the Scr(120.40±28.85)μmol/L,BUN(12.51±3.33)mmol/L,TG(1.30±0.24)mmol/L,and TC(3.20±0.65)mmol/L of the observation group were lower than(155.31±39.25)μmol/L,(16.94±3.12)mmol/L,(2.07±0.51)mmol/L,and(5.12±1.10)mmol/L of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the 24-h urine protein(2.09±0.65)g/L of the observation group was lower than(2.97±0.87)g/L of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of medication has significant therapeutic effect in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy patients,and it can improve the renal function index of patients,which has application value.
