Effect of rabeprazole combined with mosapride on reflux esophagitis

Objective To investigate the clinical value of rabeprazole combined with mosapride on reflux esophagitis.Methods A total of 94 patients with reflux esophagitis were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with rabeprazole,and the observation group was treated with mosapride on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,symptom score,serum gastrointestinal hormones and serum cytokine levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 95.74% in the observation group was higher than 76.60% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of reflux,esophageal irritation,and extra-esophageal irritation in the observation group were(0.66±0.84),(0.57±0.74),and(0.58±0.76)points,which were all lower than(1.69±0.68),(1.78±0.67)and(1.69±0.52)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the vasoactive intestinal peptides of the two groups were lower than those of this group before treatment,and both motilin and serum gastrin were higher than those of this group before treatment;the vasoactive intestinal peptide(16.86±2.17)pg/ml of the observation group was lower than(20.76±2.84)pg/ml of the control group,and the motilin(260.27±23.48)pg/ml and plasma gastrin(150.28±16.47)pg/ml were higher than(242.84±40.76)and(124.86±18.79)pg/ml of the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,interleukin-8,and tumor necrosis factor-αin the two groups were lower than those of this group before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rabeprazole combined with mosapride in patients with reflux esophagitis can improve clinical symptoms and gastrointestinal hormone levels,and reduce serum cytokine levels of patients.
