| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨偏头痛患者脑循环动力学变化。方法 :采用脑循环动力学检测仪 (CVDI)对 90例偏头痛患者进行脑循环动力学检测。结果 :偏头痛患者脑血流速度、脑血流量明显减少 ,V=(14.5 1± 3.5 5 ) cm/ s,Q=(7.0 9± 1.2 5 ) ml/s,而外周阻力增大 R=(180 1.10± 40 9.15 ) Pas/ ml,脑血管自身调节及血管壁弹性差 ,脑小动脉血管痉挛 ,脑血管顺应性差。结论 :偏头痛患者脑血管处于痉挛状态引起局部区域缺血 ,支持脑血管舒缩功能障碍。

| Abstract: | Objective:To make a dynamic study of cerebral circulation in the patients of megrim.Methods:A dynamic study was conducted in 90 cases of megirm.Results:Compared with the normal ones from the control group,the velocity and volume of blood flow in the patients of megirm notably dereased V=(14.51±3.55)cm/s,Q=(7.09±1.25)ml/s,while peripheral resistance become intense,R=(1801.10±409.15)Pas/ml,autoregulation function and vascular wall elasticity are weak and eompliance of brain blood vessel is poor,with arteriolar spasm of brain.Conclusion:Brain blood vessel of the patients with megrim is in a spasm state,which causes local ischemia,and further,contributes to systaltic dysfunction of brain blood vessel. |
