薏苡附子败酱散加味治疗溃疡性结肠炎36例

目的　观察薏苡附子败酱散加味治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法　将72例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为2组。治疗组36例运用薏苡附子败酱散加味治疗,对照组36例用柳氮磺胺吡啶片治疗。2组均治疗2个月后观察疗效。结果　治疗组总有效率为77.78% ,对照组为5 5 .5 6 % ,2组比较有显著性差异(P <0 .0 5 )。结论　薏苡附子败酱散加味治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效确切。

Therapeutic effect of Yiyifuzibaijiangsan on 36 cases of ulcerative colitis

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect o f Yiyifuzibaijiangsan on ulcerative colitis.Methods 72 patients w ith ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into two groups:36 patients in trea tment group were treated with Yiyifuzibaijiangsan;the other 36 patients in cont rol group were treated with sulfasalazine,with a treatment course of two months for both groups.Results The total effective rate in treatment g roup was 77.78%,which was 55.56% in control group.There was a significant differ ence between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Yiyifuzibaijian gsan is effective in treating ulcerative colitis.
